The Problem
Yahoo UK’s Editorial team had a hit on their hands with Reality Check, a podcast and video series featuring reality TV favourites like Love Islanders and RuPaul’s Drag Race queens offering their best Agony Aunt advice. With growing popularity, the challenge was to evolve the show’s identity into a full-blown marketing asset—one that could support cross-platform promotion and expand audience engagement.
The Solution
I collaborated closely with the UK Editorial and Marketing teams to shape the series’ evolving look and feel across two seasons. This included designing the visual identity, directing and styling host photoshoots, building out video brand assets and templates, and rolling out bold CRM and digital ad campaigns across the UK. The result? A distinct, scroll-stopping visual presence that amplified the show’s reach and cultural impact.
